These Terms govern 10MintViral at https://10mintviral.in/. By using the site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use 10MintViral.

2. Nature of the service (please read)

10MintViral is an independent website that may provide:

Preview of publicly available Instagram / YouTube profile and content data
Optional one-time paid digital promotion / engagement packages for public Reels, Shorts, or videos (views, likes, followers/subscribers as listed at checkout)
Account dashboard for orders, referrals, and status

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partners of Instagram, Meta Platforms, YouTube, or Google LLC. We never require your Instagram or YouTube password.

3. YouTube / Google terms

By using YouTube-related features you also agree to:

YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. We only access public YouTube data via licensed API use where applicable.

4. Accounts & eligibility

Provide accurate registration information on our site
Keep your 10MintViral login confidential
Only promote accounts and content you are authorized to promote

5. Acceptable use & platform rules

Do not abuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services
Do not submit illegal content or impersonate others
You remain responsible for complying with Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and Google policies
Third-party promotion can carry platform risk (limits, reduced distribution, or enforcement). You accept that risk when purchasing

6. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee viral outcomes, Explore/trending placement, fixed view/like/follower/subscriber counts, uninterrupted delivery, or specific timelines beyond a best-effort processing window (often starting within about 10–30 minutes after successful payment). Package sizes shown at checkout are estimates of what we attempt to deliver; actual delivery can vary.

7. Payments & invoices

Payments are processed via third-party UPI / Paytm checkout. Prices may change. Successful payments may appear in your Dashboard with an order ID. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10MintViral is not liable for platform restrictions, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service or third-party APIs.

9. Third-party APIs & data

Features depending on Instagram or YouTube data may fail if those platforms or APIs change, rate-limit, or become unavailable.

10. Termination

We may suspend access for Terms violations. You may stop using the service and request deletion via Data Deletion.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance.
